Terms of Template Purchase

•  The template designs are copyrighted by Lex Lancaster. All designs must include “Template Design by Lex Lancaster” in the footer of the website, which must also be linked to www.lexlancaster.com.

• Each website template purchase can be used for one website only. You may not use the same template for multiple websites or multiple domains.

• Each design and graphic that you are given is owned by myself, as Lex Lancaster. You are prohibited from sharing or selling the design as your own.

• The subscription to Squarespace and Canva Pro are not included in your purchase of a template.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of Squarespace templates, there is a strict no refund policy. If you are considering purchasing a template and aren’t positive that it will be beneficial to your business, please reach out to me first before you purchase a template.

Support Policy

Issues may arise as you are building on your template. I am happy to provide email support at no cost to you for questions regarding the template, copy insertion, and files. If you need more intensive support (at the discretion of my professional opinion), I can help you at my normal hourly rate.

I cannot provide assistance with: general Squarespace help desk questions, template modifications, or issues that may arise with your software/computer.
